PT Megariamas Sentosa is a leading company in Lingerie Retail Market, established in 1986. There are four international brands under PT Megariamas Sentosa. They are: Sorella, Pierre Cardin, Young Hearts and Felancy. Currently we have distribution of more than 200 counters in leading department stores across Indonesia and still growing.

Requirements:

1. Minimum D3 major in Information Technology
2. Minimum 3 years experience in IT field

Responsibilities:

1. Plays a leadership role in managing the life cycle of technology solutions.
2. Leverage internal and external teams and resources to identify and assesses opportunities for new or improved retail technologies.
3. Ensures that processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and other requirements.
4. Must exhibit a strong initiative for working independently and anticipating the needs of senior business managers.
5. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and be comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information.
6. Work with business owners and IT staff to identify project objectives, scope, resources and budget; develop project plans; direct resources; monitor tasks and risks.
7. Manage communication and training activities.
8. Must be comfortable being On-Call and traveling both domestically and internationally and work in under pressure environment.
